With An Organic Bassinet, The Whole Family Sleeps Safe and Sound Knowing Baby Is Sleeping in a Toxin Free Environment

As a loving parent, you accept nothing less than the best for your child and, as an informed parent, you know that natural and non-toxic are best. Now that earth-friendly products are virtually everywhere, you can choose an organic bassinet as Baby’s first bed. But why choose organic over synthetic for a bassinet? For these important reasons…
An Organic Bassinet Is Safe and Healthy
Not only will a baby breathe in toxins around him, but his delicate, ultra-porous baby skin will absorb chemicals from his bed and bedding, too. Organic baby beds are made with nothing harmful that can hurt your little one while he’s in his sleep environment. Instead of depending on chemicals for “quality” and safety, an organic bed depends on the inherent, protective characteristics of natural fibers, such as organic cotton, which is breathable, smooth, and strong. A soft, cozy, certified organic cotton lining in an organic baby bassinet will cocoon and protect your child while he sleeps.
Untreated Natural Wood Is Strong and Durable
When non-organic beds are made, processing chemicals weaken the mattress and fabrics. Organic fibers are very strong and long lasting, but still soft and comfortable. Because an organic bed is made with natural, durable materials, it will last through generations of babies and is safe to pass along from baby to baby, as well (unlike a synthetic mattress).
Caring Eco-Friendly Companies Create Convenient and Versatile Baby Cribs and Gear
Companies that care enough about babies to make organic baby bassinets tend to care enough about eco-parents to make beds that are versatile and convenient, as well. For example, Orbit’s Green Bassinet is also a pram and a rocker. This Bassinet collapses for travel and can be rotated on the stroller and rocker to face to the sides, front, or back. As selection continues to improve in natural and eco-friendly baby gear, more and more multifunctional organic baby beds will become available.
Organic Home Assurance and for Babies around the World
An organic baby bed is not only good for your little one, but it helps ease any worries you might have. For many of us though, the best reason of all is that it makes the world a better and safer place for all babies (and everyone else) around the world, too. Your baby’s all-natural bed did no harm to the planet while it was being made, it’s recyclable and renewable, and your purchase supports the organic industry and companies that are working hard to sustain and protect our planet. Every eco-friendly purchase will increase demand for and help to lower costs of natural items, as well.
Every parent wants to create a safe sleep environment for Baby. However, not every parent can afford to purchase a new organic baby bed. If your budget won’t allow a new earth-friendly bassinet, look to a website specializing in second-hand gear, read the classifieds, or find a company that recycles gently used baby beds. If you have a green bassinet you no longer need, consider gifting it to another baby and family. Your baby and your planet are worth it.

I guess this is a bit of a cliche to say everyone appreciates receiving gifts; but we often ignore how the giver also feels the joy. I always think of giving is a sure-fire way of creating a happier and lighter frame of mind - a basic causal sequence.
I was watching one of these reality TV programmes with my daughter the other day where the contestants had to give away $100,000 in a day. Everyone was flying so high - the innocent receivers of course - but also the contestants, even though it wasn't their money they were giving away. Now that's what I call a real entertaining programme!
So giving away (or even selling cheaply) your organic products after their usefulness in your immediate family circle is a great and joyous way of passing on and spreading environmentally supportive activities.
