It is recommended you save these instructions for future use.  It is required that adults assemble a Moses basket.  Referred to the written instructions and safety information on page 1 of the PDF file.

The warning issue:
Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or death.  All ribbons and tabs must be securely fastened.  Do not leave any ribbons hanging within babies reach.

You will note the following points they make:
1.    The tabs are wrapped and secured around handles on both sides.
2.    The ribbons are securely tied to the basket and are hidden beneath the liner.
3.    The liner hugs the rim around all the sides.
4.    The grip tape strips on the hood and liner are pressed firmly together.
5.    The ribbons are inserted through the liner and the basket. they are tied securely at each corner of the hood.
6.    The sheet and mattress on the bottom of the basket.
